Cancellation policy

How it works. The Audacious Monthly Drop is a monthly subscription. Each drop includes a shirt and a journal.

Billing. You'll be charged [PRICE PLACEHOLDER] when you sign up and then on the same day each month until you cancel. Shipping in the US is free.

When it ships. Each drop ships within 7 to 10 business days after you're billed.

Skip, pause, or cancel. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime from your account on this site. To stop the next charge, make the change at least 1 day before your renewal date.

Refunds. Because each drop is made for you, we don't offer refunds once a drop has been billed. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us at audaciouscoach@icloud.com and we'll fix it.

Size changes. Email us at audaciouscoach@icloud.com before your next billing date and we'll update your size.
