Refund policy

Everything we sell is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we can't take returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If something shows up damaged, has a print flaw, or isn't what you ordered, email audaciouscoach@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you, your choice. You won't need to mail anything back unless we ask.

The Monthly Drop subscription
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Once a drop has been charged and sent to production, it can't be cancelled or refunded. Damaged or wrong items in a drop are covered the same as above. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy for more.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days, email us at audaciouscoach@icloud.com.

Final sale
Sale items and gift cards can't be refunded.
